Sales Tax

Orders shipped to a NY address, may be subjected to sales tax.

Shipping

There is a free shipping option on all products in the continental USA.(Excluding wholesale orders.) Other shipping options are also available.
For orders shipped to Canada there is a shipping charge of at least $18.00
For orders shipped to all other countries, there is a shipping charge of at least $21.00 .
All International orders are declared at their value. Any customs taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note on International orders: Once items leave the USA they may not be trackable to us anymore and are therefore purchased at the customers own responsibility.

Please note that orders are never guaranteed to be delivered by a specific date. They will be shipped in a timely manner, but sometimes experience delays which are in the carriers hands. (Not ours) We will not offer any refunds based on delayed shipment. TY so much for being sweet and understanding!

Our Return Policy is short and simple, for your benefit.

Please contact us within 1 day of receiving to be eligible to send back. Contact us at sales@thetichelshop.com.

Merchandise must be shipped backed within 2 day of receipt. (customer pays shipping)

Of course they must be showing no signs of wear, and all labels, tags etc. must be attached.

For all full priced items on the website, Customer will receive an exchange credit (No Refunds) MINUS THE OUTBOUND SHIPPING COST.

For Local Pick Up Orders: The above time limits policy starts from when order is available for pickup.

All sale items are always final sale.

Due to being a small family owned business, we only offer store credits on most items. This policy helps us keep our items at the most affordable and competitive prices and helps us serve you with a smile.
