Our Return Policy is short and simple, for your benefit.
Please contact us within 1 day of receiving to be eligible to send back. Contact us at sales@thetichelshop.com.
Merchandise must be shipped backed within 2 day of receipt. (customer pays shipping)
Of course they must be showing no signs of wear, and all labels, tags etc. must be attached.
For all full priced items on the website, Customer will receive an exchange credit (No Refunds) MINUS THE OUTBOUND SHIPPING COST.
For Local Pick Up Orders: The above time limits policy starts from when order is available for pickup.
From when an order is placed, it is subject to the above policies. Same for cancellations, customer will receive a store credit.
All sale items are always final sale.
Due to being a small family owned business, we only offer store credits on most items. This policy helps us keep our items at the most affordable and competitive prices and helps us serve you with a smile.
