Flowers n' chains - soft fringes pre-tied tichels

Go out on the town in these new head coverings. They are pretied, and will cover your head easily. Made from a double layer of slightly stiff material. They have long tails that measure approximately 19 inches, and fit most small/medium heads (not XL). Their edges have soft fringes.
